In a financing round lead by Better Ventures, Pluton Biosciences secured $6.6M to discover next-generation products for carbon sequestration, agriculture, pharmaceutical, biomaterials, and bioremediation. Empowered by Pluton's Micromining technology platform, the company quickly and inexpensively taps into the diverse world of bacteria, fungi, and viruses. The team has already discovered promising solutions for mosquito control and carbon sequestration, and is working alongside agriculture giant Bayer AG to unlock value on farms.
